Workshop Evaluation: Your Competitive Landscape
Module 1: Integration
The goal is to help you identify your first assumptions—it’s not about having fully formed or researched opinions just yet ( if you do, that’s fine, but no pressure if you don’t).
This worksheet is a living document that you’ll continue to refine and update over the next 10 months, so there’s no pressure to complete everything for the workshop.
Workshop Evaluation: Module 1 Integration
Product Feasibility Introduction
In this module, you will be attending 4 workshops that are designed to guide you through the critical steps of evaluating and refining your product concept to ensure its success in the marketplace. We’ll start with Prototyping Stages, taking ideas from concept to tangible prototypes to test feasibility. Next, in Building Your Product Roadmap, we’ll map out key phases of development, from initial design through to launch. Like your action plan, your product roadmap is a ‘living document’. We’ll also cover Design for Manufacturing and Supply Chain, exploring practical strategies to optimize for production and distribution. Aside from the workshops, you will be attending your Engineering In-take Assessment at Enginuity. These assessments are meant to be an open discussion to help identify your baseline, potential risks and next steps.
